Volvo Takes a Truck for Big Valet Prank

What's the best prank you've pulled on someone? Here at Volvo of Charlotte, we hope it got a laugh out of everyone, and was good-intentioned. That's the case with Volvo, and the creative truck division, which pranked one valet with one big ride.

Going about his usual routine, the valet was parking very fancy cars on the Italian Riviera, where you can imagine a lot of fancy people go. Everything is going well until a big Volvo truck shows up, and he's rather confused and not sure what to do. It ends there, which is great…

We wonder if Volvo ever tested this out by driving at actual, unprotected pedestrians without braking, don't you?

To satisfy your curiosity, here is a very bold British man…

Can This Swedish Safety Expert Hold Onto His Lunch?

When Anders Axelson demonstrates Volvo's new robotic arm, he may be biting off more than he can chew.

This machine simulates car crashes when crash-test dummies are seated on it. For Axelson, it runs at lower, safer speeds... yet it still demonstrates a rollover crash. Poor Mr. Axelson. Can he hold onto his lunch, or will his children be laughing at him for the rest of the week?

Volvo is meticulous about safety. Their engineers are always thinking up new ways to make cars safer, yet if they crash tested a car every time they tweaked an idea, they…

Look out for this gem when you are shopping for your next Volvo. Volvo is set to run a limited amount of the new S60 Cross Country in America, with about 500 units available to test out our market. We at Volvo of Charlotte couldn't be more excited about this new vehicle! Check out the walkaround below!
