Expanded Valet Service Program & Shuttle Service
We now offer our Valet Service to our customers residing within a 125-mile radius of our dealership, to and from your home or office. We will pick-up your Volvo or Saab for service, leave a Courtesy Car for you to drive, and then return your car to you when it's service is complete.
Valet Service is complimentary to customers who buy or lease a Volvo or Saab, from Volvo of Charlotte. For our service customers who have purchased their vehicles elsewhere, our round-trip Valet Service is offered at 75 cents per mile. Our service department, on East Independence Boulevard in Charlotte is dedicated to pleasing you, our customer, with this added service.
We also offer our traditional shuttle service at no-charge, which can take you to and from work, home, or other destinations, for your convenience. Please contact our service department at 704-563-1000 for more information or to schedule a service appointment today.
